What are my responsibilites as an affiliate?

1. Promote Net Gain Seller using your unique affiliate link to refer new customers.
2. Share your genuine experience and enthusiasm for Net Gain Seller, including how it has helped you in your reselling business.
3. Create and share authentic content in your own voice, telling your personal story and use cases.
4. Promote on platforms where you already have influence, such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Groups, and similar channels.
5. Use only official Net Gain Seller branding and artwork provided by us.
6. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines (for example: “I earn a commission if you sign up through my link”).

Affiliate Program Terms Of Use

1. Affiliate referrals are tracked when a customer visits the Net Gain Seller website through your unique affiliate link. As long as tracking is recorded, the referral will be credited to your affiliate account if signup occurs within 30 days of the customer’s most recent visit via your affiliate link.
2. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links before signing up, referral credit is awarded to the affiliate associated with the most recent qualifying visit within the referral tracking period.
3. Referral attribution is determined automatically by our tracking system and cannot be manually adjusted.
4. Referral tracking is subject to browser settings, cookie restrictions, ad blockers, and other technical limitations.
5. Recurring commissions continue for as long as the referred customer maintains an active, paid subscription.
6. Commission amounts are based on the active subscription plan and may change if the referred customer upgrades or downgrades their plan.
7. To earn and withdraw affiliate commissions, you must be an active Net Gain Seller customer with a paid subscription on any plan.
8. The minimum payout threshold for affiliate earnings is $50.
9. Affiliate commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period to account for potential refunds or chargebacks.
10. Commissions associated with refunded or charged-back subscriptions are not eligible for payout.
11. All affiliate payouts are processed via PayPal. You must provide a valid PayPal account to receive payments. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to create one prior to payout.
12. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes associated with affiliate earnings.
13. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account.
14. Net Gain Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, including -- but not limited to -- cases involving violations of our Terms of Service, applicable laws, or promotional practices that may harm the Net Gain Seller brand or business.
15. Prohibited promotional practices include misleading claims, false earnings statements, spam, or failure to comply with required disclosure obligations.
16. Participation in the affiliate program is non-exclusive.
17. WealthTrek Software, LLC reserves the right to modify affiliate commission rates or program terms with notice.
